What is The Borrowing Fee?

The following fee structure applies to Double Close Fees – VAC:

Deals $150,000 or less → Flat fee of $2,000

$150,001 – $500,000 → 1% of deal amount plus transaction fee

$500,001 – $1,000,000 → 1.25% of deal amount plus transaction fee

$1,000,001+ → Case-by-case pricing plus transaction fee

What Are The Eligibility Requirements?

With each transaction, we require signed closing documents (i.e. HUDs), a signed promissory note, and a signed transactional funding agreement prior to the closing date. No underwriting is necessary!

Are There Upfront Costs?

There is a $250 initiation fee. All transactional funding fee(s) are deducted from the closing. The attorney’s office or settlement firm will handle all transactions.

When is Transactional Funding Needed?

Our services can be useful to wholesalers who find themselves in one of the following scenarios:
